I started my research within cook books from popular chefs such as Jamie Oliver, What I found is they tell a story as well as give recipes, Going back to his own child hood or tell stories from friends & family. This for me made the book much more interesting, it was also informative compared to covent gardens soups which was not very interesting at all, it was literally 365 recipes with no images. I will be keeping this in mind when deciding on content for my own publication.
